WOots happy this morning, weighed in at 206.8! The weight is coming off. It's 9am so this isn't really my blog for the day. So far I got up at about 6:30am and went walking and hiking up a steep hill for an hour and a half. Got home ate a large chicken breast ( i am starting to really hate these things) a slice of banana bread and 2 grams fish oil pills. Feel awesome.

Today I have been really stoked. Got up about 7am to walk and did a short walk followed by sprints up a steep hill. After I walked for about 30 minutes so I got in a little over an hour. Breakfast was a protein shake and thin slice of banana bread (horrible I know but mom's cooking mmm) and 2 grams of fish oil. I am SHOCKED my energy levels are as high as they are, and I attribute this to the high dose of fish oil I have been eating. They're pretty damn awesome I must say. I can't be eating more than 40 grams of carbs a day sometimes lower and I feel awesome.
If you have to eat bad food like that at least eat it early in the day and do your cardio first! Those are the rules and I follow them.
About 11 had an interview and had meal 2 at about 1pm which was 6oz turkey and a small slice of swiss cheese.
2pm had a kick ass workout with my buddy and at 3:30 had another protein shake with 2 grams fish oil
6:00 had a large chicken breast with some steamed veggies

Ok I'm finally updating this thing. Sadly I had some setbacks last week that I don't really want to get into too much. Last week was shitty, on 4/23 I worked for a contractor and was treated like a slave for 9 hours for 8 bucks an hour. Didn't really get any breaks and there wasn't any water at the job site. On 4/24 I got into a car accident and it's a terrible time in my life to have MY FIRST EVER ACCIDENT. I'm down on my luck and looking for a job and BAM 13 years of clean driving down the shitter. I'm fucking SHOCKED that I've driven drunk high on every drug cocktail known to man and never had a problem but it was STRESS that managed to get me. I was coming up on some traffic and didn't pay attention and rear ended someone in my step dad's truck. I've been riding my bike and taking mass transit to go to job interviews and turn in applications since.

Yesterday I woke up feeling really good. My whole body just felt TIGHT, that's the best way to describe it. Thank GOD I'm back doing windsprints! They are easily without a doubt the best and fastest way to lose fat. Don't believe me check out some world class sprinters physiques.
Yesterday I weighed in at exactly 208 AGAIN. I attribute this mostly to the 2 fast food meals I had friday. They were a meal at In-n-out (1 double double meal with diet coke, 1 burger protein style) and some taco bell ( 1 chicken club chalupa and 2 1/2 beef and potatoe burritos). I had diet coke with both "meals". Usually I won't eat that crap even on a cheat day, but I was out and without food and had to eat something. This is a good example of why it's so damn important to portion out your days food into small containers and take it with you.
Anyway yesterday I woke up at about 7 am did an hour and a half walking for cardio and my meals were really good all day.

Yesterday went pretty damn good IMO. I weighed in at 208 on the dot in the morning, not terribly happy as I am still .5 over friday but I didn't eat totally clean saturday and cheated badly friday so it's to be expected. Seeing 208 on the scale motivated me to really kick ass and that's exactly what I did.
Woke up took my ECA and beta-alanine and went walking. Normally I take sundays off, but for whatever reason I was just feelin good very strong and my body seemed lighter than usual. The way I was feeling physically coupled with my guilt over cheating a bit the last two days convinced me it would be a good day to try sprinting and jogging again. I got over to the track stretched and sprinted the 1/4 mile track twice. I walk a lap, sprint a lap, walk a lap etc. I recorded times of 1:53 the first sprint and 1:47 the second time. I know I can do better, but I am happy being able to run even that distance as a month ago I don't think I could run 40 feet haha.
