Ok so this Twitter thing is really catching on. So much so that there is a Micon impostor on Twitter! twitter.com/bryanmicon is the real Micon. I needed to post this to set the record straight and prove to Twitter that I'm the real me. Fake Micon has rolled up quite an impressive following, almost double real-Micon as of this posting. I'm sure he had an amazing rolling planned for the future. Sorry we won't get to see it. In other news fellow marijuana lover Asher Roth's new album drops today, and I just know this kid is going to blow up to legend status, even though he is pretty much already there with the College hit. :sweetblog and listen up to NWP Radio this Wednesday where we will have a special guest or two.

Check out this post in the NWP forums, where you can listen to the audio file of Drexel & I calling the City of Las Vegas Detention Center and figured out why Layne Flack missed his match today at the NBC Heads Up Challenge. Turns out the short answer is DUI and other assorted driving mishaps. I'm caulking this one up to karma, as we recently saw Layne in the now famous Raw Vegas video of him playing golf with none other than super-scammer himself Russ Hamilton.

Now that brings me back... The David Williams foot-fetish porno... a simpler time indeed, a thread that was retired to the Hall of Fame long ago became relevant again today when Perez Hilton dropped this story with an NWP link in the footer (lulz)! It appears that former Danity Kane member and current Playboy model Aubrey O'Day watched the now infamous David Williams porn with her parents and promptly broke up with him as a result, according to "The Junkies" radio show. Obv Gambling911 was all over the story as well, and big shout to Missing MaryJane for playing forum footsie, dropping the story on NWP.

Not satisfied with making the occasional trip to Vegas to take a shot at a random tournament, controversial NWP forum member Jewdonk has moved to Las Vegas to take a fresh shot at life. Read his interesting trip report in our forums.

I think we all remember this post made by David Sklansky, where he explains that his relationship with a slightly disfigured, slightly autistic handicapped girl named Sue is unusual and private. Flash forward to last month where David Sklansky makes this blog post referencing his continuing quest to convince the reader that he is just as normal as everyone else. He tries to convey this message by posting 3 pictures, including one with him standing apparently naked in a shower with a parrot. Also who took that picture?

It is unverified as of right now, but we have received reports that Clonie Gowen, a top-tier "red pro" at Full Tilt Poker, is suing the online poker giant for a contract-related matter.

***Micon's note: Check this Mason Malmuth deleting strategy threads link that has all the dirt. Two Plus Two has always been known as poker's best strategy forum. The site has built up a huge following of people who count on it for strategy advice/discussion, and owner Mason Malmuth has made quite a nice living from selling books to its users. So it was a shocker -- well, maybe not so much of one -- when it came out that Mason requested Two Plus Two's moderators to delete certain strategy posts that were deemed to have the potential to "damage book sales". He also put pressure on author Ed Miller to remove the free strategy content on his own site.

Cornell Fiji (Steven Ware), a trusted 2+2 mod, may be involved in a rolling of Admo, another well-respected 2+2er. Admo posted on 2+2 that he and Fiji agreed to a $30K transfer, but instead of transferring the money, Fiji donked it all off at the Bellagio. LOL Bobby's Room. JP OSU (Jason Potter from last night's WPT episode) then posted that Fiji owes him $12K from a WSOP staking arrangement, and others involved in the staking arrangement stated that Fiji has not paid profits to any of his backers.

Interestingly, Fiji claimed a couple of weeks ago that he was the victim of hacking by Stevedapimp and even contacted our own Dan Druff for advice. It remains to be seen how this piece fits into the bigger puzzle. Was the hacking story a set up for future rollings? An excuse for previous rollings?

I started a thread on Pocketfives and asked if they have information that we don't have regarding UB, IOTW - giving them the benefit of the doubt that they wouldn't promote UB given what is known *unless* they had information that proves without a shadow of a doubt the company is under new ownership - I went on to say that if they did not have proof of new ownership I would be very disappointed they are promoting UB (basically every page you click on has UB link right at the top of the page)...

While the game of poker is normally considered to be played across the green felt with chips in hand, the game encompasses a whole world of deals, situations, complexities, and extremes that are never placed in view on the felt.
