Bonus terms and conditions

Members may receive a 25% Welcome Bonus of up to $100, upon their first Deposit to their account. Pacific Poker reserves the right to limit the Welcome Bonus to one bonus per household or one bonus per computer terminal. The Welcome Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after an amount totaling no less than twenty (20) times* the Bonus amount received has been wagered (e.g., a $100 dollar Bonus must be wagered in a total amount equaling no less than $2,000). All Bonuses and promotional offers extended to members must be wagered at Pacific Poker within 90 days of being credited to a member's account or within the period specified in the notification of a promotional offer if different. Pacific Poker reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of it's choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a member within the relevant time period.

Pacific Poker is owned and operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. (which also owns and operates Casino-on-Net). Credit Card transactions are provided to Pacific Poker Players by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. or its sister company Intersafe Global (Europe) Ltd., a registered company incorporated and located in Gibraltar. Intersafe Global provides financial transaction processing services for Pacific Poker, utilizing sophisticated RSA public/private key encryption technology to ensure the secure transfer of sensitive data over the Internet. All transaction and personal details are stored on secured servers, which are protected by the most advanced firewall systems.

Software

Pacific Poker utilizes the trusted MD5 Random Number Generator (RNG), which provides consistently random outcomes to the games. The system has been rigorously tested by running millions of rounds and examining results. The system is also systematically tested by Pacific Poker.

Pacific Poker's software is available as both a download version and a Java client. The site offers Hold'em, Omaha and Stud cash games, as well as numerous varieties of SNG and tournament action.
