I am moving into the game from a broken game. Transferring chips and trying to eat sweet and sour chicken at the same time so obv Im playing tighter than normal until I at least get situated. I get KK and rai in MP and blinds call.

Flop K36 two diamonds. Chk, Chk, I bet and SB raises BB folds, I 3 bet he calls. SB is prob one of the most solid regulars that I play with on a consistent basis.

Turn 8(K36) offsuit. He leads again and I raise, he calls.

River J of diamonds (8K36). He leads again...? I have the King of diamonds btw.

Never ever, ever ever get off the 15 to take what looks like the shortcut called Frank Sinatra Drive. I must fall for this twice a month.

Accidently heard the voice of evil today

So just got back from voting. I head to the library to cast my ballot and the general area is packed. I try to pull in where I thought the library was and there was cops everywhere and 1 obvious secret serviceman.


A cop points me to the right direction and I park at what I thought was the library. There were tons of cars and I thought holy crap if all these people are here for early voting. It was a 2 minute process in 2004. Anyways, I walk up the parking lot and hear and see a huge group of people cheering at the amphnitheatre (sp). Had no clue what was going on and then I hear:
































Im like fuck obviously I am not in the right place. Then I spot an 70+ year old black lady walking up hill on a different sidewalk like 60 feet away and guessed correctly that following her would lead me to where I needed to go.


It was almost a surreal moment though. I am holding the door open for an old black lady to walk in to vote, a right she was most likely denied from at one point in her adult lifetime, while Sarah Palin is spewing hate about who is about to be our nation's first black president.

Anyways, did you two vote against this prop issue in 2006? If so, can you make a logical explanation as to why?

Reading over it, Im amazed that this couldn't get passed (although I think it would today).



Did the oil companies just spend there way into turning so many Californians into unpaid shills or am I missing something?
