Since college, I've been a night owl. By that I mean, on average about 2:00am bedtime. I've had a full-time job always, mostly starting work between 8:00am and 9:00am, but more frequently one or two days a week I catch a 7am concall. So, I get about 5 hours sleep on average most every night except Friday. I usually sleep in on Saturday, getting up around 10, unless something is going on, so I get about 8 hours that night. Sunday morning varies greatly, often go riding motorcycles so an early a.m. start after 5 or 6 hours of sleep.
In other words, I feel like I'm going to die pretty young (60's ?), but that I will still get about 1.5x the normal "life" in terms of waking hours versus someone who sleeps 8 or so a night on average. Is this warped thinking. What are your sleep patterns? I'm guessing some of you full time players have really fucked up circadian rhythms...
