Tried adderol today

Tried adderol today for the first time, shit is making me clamp my jaw like im on ecstacy. My lips are all chewed up now is this normal? I tried it right before the ftops tournaments and felt like i made a lot of good decisions on it. But of course managed to bust in like 2 hours. My eyes are boggling like crazy everytime i close my eyes, how long until i can sleep on this shit? Also feel the need to always be doing something active. I guess I can see how it can help someone play better poker, but I think its a bit overated. I also think i might be add or adhd because I can focus on one thing very well like poker, but totally tune everything else out, I guess this helps a little bit with being able to multitask but not really as much as I expected.
