stars or FTP would almost surely say if anything went wrong that it was some sort of problem on the users end. But then again their software doesn't blow as much as cakes.

I am expecting reimbursement or will be taking my rake to a website with

I have attached the crash log. I have cooled off a little bit since this has happened but I would like something done about this immediately. I don’t know how helpful the crash log will be since the client didn’t “crash” (shutdown/teminate) more like it glitched out or something I don’t know. Nothing like that has happened before.
