Druff,
I just recently started playing 6 max limit. After my first 1,000 hands, I am winning at exactly a 1BB/100 pace. I know you always advocate open raising any time you are coming into the pot and staying aggressive, which Ive been doing. The hands Ive lost the most with over the first 1,000 surprised me. My hands losing the most were AKo,AQo,AJo,ATo,KTo,and KJo. Depending on the flop texture, I am almost always c-betting the flop and shutting down if called or raised. At low limits, people in 6 max will not fold if they have any pair, any draw, any runner-runner possibility, or any ace. Would it be smarter to keep the pot small pre-flop and let them make bigger mistakes calling on the flop after I connect? C-bets feel like absolute spewing as there is close to 0% fold equity at low limit 6 max. But check folding after a pre-flop raise every time would be far too weak. Whats the best angle to take?
