Fullshit just sent me some more emails about the payouts they already
sent.

Now the lying pieces of dirt at Fullshit say they are sending my money

In the last email it was already sent !!!!!

I played on Full Tilt for a while, won money but didn't like the way they
operated or how I was treated. I attempted to withdraw my money four times
but was told I had provided "incorrect information". After numerous
frustrating attempts to deal with their support group I just submitted a
fifth withdrawal request, using exactly the same information. This one went
through and on April 23rd I was told the money would be electronically
transferred to my bank account in a couple of days. I just received another
e-mail from Full Tilt telling me that the delay isn't their fault and that
my request will be processed by May 23rd. I'm pretty much done with these
guys. I figure if you ever did get lucky and actually win one of their big
tournaments, it would take you two years to get your money.

They keep sending me emails saying they sent it already, now today they
say they WILL send it.

Oddly enough, of my 4 cashouts they only send me emails for 3 of them,
they have yet to confirm my last cashout made weeks ago for 2k.

Ripping people off is not good business.

FTP may be all done or at least thrown into the UB,Absolute,pokerspot
dungeon. I wrote some thoughts here in no particular order why this could
be more serious as time unfolds.

Banks
Big banks
Banks so big that without these banks, the global economy would not exist.

Without the BLESSING of these banks, Fulltilt Ceases to exist. These guys
make the uigea look like a suggestion. They can stop all traffic going to
FTP and their pros. My father was once a very active and powerful man in
this circle.

If the word gets into the circle of these bankers that Fulltilt is
scamming us, Fulltilt is gone.

There are people much larger than Fulltilt poker who can pull the strings
on their purse strings.



FTP pros have enough assets to make the court case worthwhile. Couple that
with negative sentiment on a very wide scale. Add to that, FTP operates
in a gray area legally. If they get enough heat Ftp is gone. If they fight
it then every "pro" faces time. Who gets prosecuted in cases like this ?

Someone big enough who stole from enough people to make the case
worthwhile.



FTP has already, at this point in time stepped into the arena of lying to
the customers. Lying to us is like a spouse being unfaithful. The trust is
gone and forever tarnished.



Presently Fulltilt has accepted deposits for one month and has payed
NOBODY.

Well, accept for the "pros". Would you want to be a Fulltilt pro at the
WSOP this year ?



The negative sentiment Fulltilt is creating, combined with WSOP exposure
could hurt them in such a longterm sense that recovery from this is
impossible.

I took first place in a trny on May 1, immediately requested a draw,
and still have not gotten it.

While in another trny, I used the chat box to ask other players about
this, and one replied that he had just gotten his money after waiting
two weeks. Since today is 14 days, I'm hoping to get paid this week.

If there were a serious problem, of people not getting paid AT ALL, I
mean like, FTP just running off with the money, it seems that it would
be in Card Player mag, etc.

So I'm hoping that's not the case. Still, I have to wonder whether
the delay is a cash flow problem, FTP about to go belly up, or what.

This years WSOP could be interesting.

This is why i expect payment soon.

That being said, what if they don't pay us ?

One of the most heavily promoted brands in poker gets a black eye on an
international stage.
This could devestate the industry.

Anyone know if they bought all of their WSOP entries already ?

How did or will they pay for them ?

What if the WSOP comes and we haven't been paid and people are sponsored
by FTP ?

FTP poker has taken our money and dumped it into the WSOP for all of their
shills.

Pokersites spend a lot and they make a lot.

When a site decides to make cutbacks in spending, payments to the players
should not be considered as a viable option.

Nobody stays big when they cheat their customers. In business, every
customer is important.
If fulltilt admitted responsibility and didn't lie to me I would accept
late payments.

Lying to us is wrong. They owe us, ok fine. If they continue to lie to us
it gets worse for everyone at ftp. At this point they have lost players
and have suffered permanent damage as to their ability to grow.

How much more damage will they do to themselves ?

Pokerstars takes care of E-check delays wtg stars

Dear players,

As you are aware we have been experiencing severe delays with our eCheck cashouts over the last three weeks. We could write a page outlining all the reasons for why this delay exists but the fact is that, while the cashouts are performed by our processor, PokerStars is ultimately responsible to you and thus we fully take the blame. The delays are totally unacceptable and certainly something we are not proud of.

The supplier has confirmed to us that eCheck cashouts will start hitting players’ bank accounts on Monday, May 12 or at the very latest on Tuesday, May 13. We are working hard with the supplier to ensure that all our players will receive their cashouts as soon as possible.

If, despite all the assurances by the supplier, there won't be any concrete evidence that players start receiving their credits by end of day on Tuesday, May 13, we will then cancel all cashouts, credit players’ accounts and facilitate cashouts by other available methods, including paper checks. Rest assured you will receive your cashouts. 100% guaranteed.

Regardless of whether the cashouts will be eventually processed via eChecks or in other ways, as recognition for the inconvenience experienced by players waiting for their funds, all players affected will receive compensation in the form of a bonus. A 20% credit of the cashout amount will be applied directly to their PokerStars accounts. Players will be free to use this amount in any way they chose to, including cashing out. This applies to any US player who requested an eCheck cashout from April 15th to May 10th. The 20% bonus credits will be applied to players' accounts by end of day, Monday, May 12.

On a related note I want to assure you that all player balances are kept in a segregated account with a leading European bank. The amount in this account also covers all money in transit with processors and thus your funds are fully guaranteed even in a case when there are processor issues.
