illegal seizing Justin Smith again

I continue to wait and I receive an email on 12/16/07 from Pokerstars stating:

You are directly envolved with an eCheck fraud ring via transfers (RED_RUM_tony, ivebeenJUED, thedingobaby, iamtheworst4, mommyboy34). All accounts belonging to 'Justin Smith' have been closed and the receivers of his illegal deposits have also been shut down. Our apologies but you have been barred from PokerStars. All remaining funds will be frozen to cover the returns we are currently receiving from the fraudulent deposits.
