How to start looking at your game

So I am a a little less than a break even NL cash game player. been playing for 3 years now, and i think its time i step up. read the books and all that, but i wanna start to see where exactly I need to get better. I have tons of hh, and have poker tracker data, so the question is, where do i start? I can see my worst hands, and know where i screwed those up. What about small leaks? What are some clues for those? Thanks a lot!
