what do u think about creatine? i have a creatine powder from gnc
i wanna take creatine before and after workouts, and then jus protien shakes through out the day.
does this sound stupid? is there a smarter way to take creatine powder? as to the effects of when u take it.
i ten d to go to the gym at night. is it bad to take creatine then sleep maybe 2-3 hrs after?
or should i jus skip the creatine and keep up with jus protien and milk?

my jaw is fractured and im pressing charges.. any advice??

so fri night i had a hockey game a novi ice arena. in the third period there was a lil scrum in front of the net. the whistle blew cuz the golaie covered it and the play ended. #19 was laying on his back on the ice after the play. he rolled over and swung his stick up at me and hit me in the jaw. i have an oakley visor so i was not protected. i immideiatly grabbed my mouthing and started swearing at him. so im bleeding all over the place and see that he is now pretending to be hurt. he get s a major penalty for high sticking and i get a bloody grill. i decide to leave the game early and go to the locker room. anyway my mouth was jacked but i could still taLk and none of my teeth got knocked out. so i decided not to go to the hospital or do anything about it because i didnt know it was possible. so then i went to a party and tried to drink away the pain. it didnt work so i went to st marys hospital. x rays show i have a fracture on the left side of my jaw. i get advised to seee an oral surgeon on mon cuz they do not work on weekend and was not srious enough to wire me up at the hospital. so i came home finally at 8am sat morn from this ordeal. i then slept all day til i worked in the afternoon at good ol best buy. and now i had to work all day today(sunday) and i decided i was gonna file a charge for assaut. so i got all my evidence and shit together and went to the novi pd ang gave them all the info i have.. diagnois from the er, prescriptions, copy of score sheet showing the penalty, my er wrist bad.. etc
so know its in their hands... soooo???
what can happen when you file an assault charge?
what would you have done??
im takin a lot of vicodin... how do i get more???
how long does this type of thing take?
will they prob jus look at it and say this is retarded and throw it out??
