Playing cards last tuesday, bitches where talking about going to Weight Watchers and losing weight. I am looking to lose weight (getting married next Oct.) so as motivation I offered up a little bet. 6 month time period, biggest loss by % wins , 5 of us, $500 per person, 250 now and 250 in march if you want to stay in the competition. This was the biggest amount we could all could afford while still putting the biggest amount of pressure/motivation.
Weight in is tomorrow, I figure with the massive amount of water I drink, I will be about 275. Height 6'2", if this is relevant?
Up against
50 year old women weight 300ish
50 women 300ish
25ish women 230ish
25ish women 230ish
(I'm bad about guesstimating women's weight)
They will be going to Weight Watchers, joining a gym, and one of them has a personal trainer.
I have
eliptical
heavy Bag
Full Dumb bell set
Big Work out ball thingy
I dont want to crash diet, fuck that.
What's my play?
I want to be cheap, (got a wedding to pay for, already in deep shit for betting wedding money on this) what I'm gointg with now is going to be: Elipitical work every morning. Circuit training on the bad 3days a week, and weight training 3days a week. This combined with strict diet. Thoughts?
Any info that is directly helpful and used to actually win the bet will be rewarded.
