FUCK MICROSOFT WORD HELP

Is there a way to bring up something in word you recently deleted? There is an image cache on my comp or something right? I had written my research paper over my handout and did not remember to save as a new file im tired now it's fucking gone as I closed word. Doesn't word save every so many minutes? I had the fucking thing sitting there for 30 minutes while i took a break someone please help it took 4 hours to write.

In my quest to beat the 911 challenge at Smoke Eaters I have decided to start binging on the hottest hot sauce I can find. I bought a bottle of some stuff earlier at a small grocery store near my work. I bought a bottle of Marie Sharp's Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce. It was ok. The guy told me it was the hottest one they have. I smothered some pasta and hamburger in the stuff, it just did not impress me. Tasted great, but just not hot at the level I expected. If you have some recommendations on hot sauce that will kick my ass (and hopefully taste ok too) post up.
