Alright, let me give you a little bit of background....
He and I met in Iowa back in 2005, i'm the one that taught him about poker, showed him how to play and took him to tournaments around Iowa, then we started a game in the small town of Manchester, Iowa.
Our game got raided July 5th 2005, he snitched on me and my wife and didn't take any of the blame, i ended up on probation for a year because he told the cops everything about the game, they didn't have shit on us because the night they performed the raid they only came up $135 in the game which isn't against the law there. That was our first fall out. We didn't talk again until early this year, when he contacted me after finding out I moved to Vegas. He came up here from Arizona where he was using his girlfriends account "Hexarai" which is not his account but his girlfriend Suzanne's account, he has a few pokerstars accounts, jennabot69, Rich K Jr, and another i can't recall off hand.
So after apologies and all, I decide to let this guy back into my life as a friend.
He comes up to Vegas again after going back and taking down that $19,250 on stars that I railed him and advised him throughout, with a promise of a piece of the action, which he did ship me about 5% of for the help.
Then he packs his shit in Arizona and moves in with me, my wife and kid here in Vegas.

I cashed out a small check from Pokerstars from my own win, $805, and when I cashed the check he asked me if he could use it and he would pay me back on the first, and because it was my rent money and I didn't want to spend it myself, i agreed that I would give it to him if he would make sure the rent was paid on the first of July, that should be easy seeing he gets about $1,000 a month in disability from the Coast Guard. Well he got involved with a hooker, i think you met her at the Excalibur the night he met you there.
He blew the 800 pretty quick with her and her meth habit, then he borrowed another $300 from me saying he couldn't get access to his $10,000 from cashing out, said his atm card wouldn't work, so I gave him $300 again with the promise as soon as he got the money from Phili he would pay me back.
Well it was weeks, literally after the first and he finally gets his dad to buy him a plane ticket to Phili so he could just go pick up the money and get back before we got evicted because he never paid me back the rent money. I dropped him off at the airport and he never came back to give me the money. He's back in town, I met up with him downtown and he refuses to give me the money.
He's a complete piece of shit. I'm an idiot myself for trusting him again, and putting my family which includes a 6 year old boy, at risk of getting kicked out, which we did, now living in a weekly on Trop.
