Brandon Cantu's agent emailing me about the story I wrote about him on my website....

Ok, so I wrote a story on my site at PokerOwnageDOTcom about Brandon Cantu winning the Bay 101 title the other day. I gave him nothing but props and kudos in the story, but for my lead-in I mentioned that he was involved with the trainwreck known as Brandi Hawbaker (it was literally a sentence long and then I told him I was glad he reverted back to being the solid tourney player I knew he was, or whatever)....

Anyways, I get an email from his agent down in Vegas requesting I take down that portion of the story immediately because his client was never involved with Brandi whatsoever - but I mean the thread over at 2+2 says otherwise....I mean is this THREAD not by Brandon Cantu or am I mistaking it for someone else???

I'm obviously a firm believer in free speech and non-censorship, so I just wanted to ask you guys am I wrong in this? I mean I thought I also remembered him getting on NWP I thought explaining the same story....that's why I didn't think it was a big deal if I made a small little mention of it in my news story. Anyways, just wanted to make sure I wasn't wrong here - and if I am....just let me know, and then I guess I'll take that part of the story down....since I would never leave anything up that was false or made up.
