Online Bankroll Liquidity

Five or Six years ago, I was a somewhat active online low and middle limit player. I had this thing called a Neteller account, and moving roll between sites and other accounts was a breeze.

Naturally, I donk off my roll eventually and quit the poker for a while. Queue Neteller craziness, UIGEA, and current situation.

I pick up my accounts at two sites I still have access to and like, FTP and Stars. I'm looking to grind up again, but recent grumblings about FTP payments and other considerations warrent a need for some additional liquidity. My bank account recently went DD when it comes to EFT deposits. I also play some live, and sometimes combine online and live roll when needed. I can still handle my br effectivly with some planning, but an easier option would be nice.

Is click2pay useful for US accounts? Is opening a foreign account an option? What are some common tax considerations I should be aware of in regards to transfers across international lines?
