Victim of a rolling need some help

This is my first post, so I don't really expect a whole lot of a response but about a year ago I was in the process of moving, so I sent money to a "friend" to play with until I was settled in.In total it was a little under $90. Not a whole lot to most of you, but for someone like me it is substantial.Soon after I got settled in and everything set up I started asking him for my money back, well he did the usual you'll get it soon etc etc.Then after I asked him several times over the course of a month he blocked me both on IM and Facebook.He has unblocked me in the past week or so on IM, but still hasn't sent a dime.I can give you his name and IM screen names if needed, as well as what school he goes or went to as well as the dates of the transfers.Can anyone give me some advice or help me out here? I don't really know in terms of his personal info what I should give on here so can't really give too much.I just want this whole situation solved, and my money back.It has been nearly a year, and all I want is my money back though I doubt that will happen.
