Why are you letting micon steal your money?

For someone who is so focused on stockpiling massive amount of jewgold one would think that when someone threatens one of your income sources you would make an effort to prevent this said income source from being diminished.

Given the % ownership you have in this site and your obvious influence over the bed shitter, why are you letting him destroy this sites traffic by driving away the most frequent users and posters?

I don't know much about poker forums but from what i do know, the HUGE majority of traffic is from 10% of the users, these are the people who check nwp multiple times a day and are the ones who drive content and pull in lurkers.

It just seems out of character from the person who will argue for hours over negligible amounts yet you have been so supportive of micon ruining the sites earning potential and destroying its USP.

You should stop treating micon like a dribbling child that you just let have their way because he'll throw his toys out of the pram if you don't, and start treating him like a business partner. At the end of the day this site is a business, you are on the Board of the business yet you sit back and do nothing as micon destroys it.

you probably have more influence over micon as anyone in his sad little existence, So why are you doing nothing?

Switching Games/Formats

Firstly some background,

Up until now i've only played NLHE tourneys with buyins from $5 to $20, i've been fairly succesful with a ROI of 90% (over around 300 tournaments),

however because of college etc. i dont have the time to play for 5+hours evrynight, ive decided to try and start playing cash games as they are obv more flexible timewise.

I guess from hearing druff talk about how with basic knowledge u can crush low stakes LHE, that would be a good game to learn...

What are the sort of things i should do to switch from NLHE tourneys mindset to LHE cash? what stakes should i start at? (BR is currently high 3 figures) can anyone recommend any books or link any articles that might help a complete beginner at the format?

Also what are general BR guidelines for LHE,
