The "Cashout Curse"

Anyone know what causes this in certain players? I know it happens to me everytime I cashout. It seems for the next few weeks I just can't have a winning session. Tonight I lost 9/12 hands on the river where someone with middle pair caught his kicker. Clearly, I don't believe there really is a curse, but I'm curious as to what others think causes this. Is it a change in play style? I don't know. Just a thought so figured I'd see what others thought.
