Poker Affiliate Question

I am an affiliate at this very small poker site. I make small 4 figures every month from rakeback, this site uses a pyramid type setup to compensate their affiliates. Every person that I directly bring to the site I get a % of their rakeback as well. I got in as an affiliate when this site was just starting up and I only have 1 guy in my first level that still plays there. He happens to be the most active player on the site in both hands played himself and also networking and bringing in more people to the site.


So here is the skinny, I was like one of the first people to sign up for this site and nobody reffered me to the site so I get only the set % that we all agreed upon. This baller that I brought to the site pays his top players an extra amount ~$100 each month on top of what they make already and he is strong-arming me into paying him an extra ~$100 just because he pays his guys that. U must understand that this baller is the only active guy still in my network and without him I will get peanuts. He has been on me for last six months and everytime I give him whatever he asks and the next month he always asks for more and says it isn't fair. I am at my witsend with this jew-motherfucka and I finally put my foot down and said no more since I am not getting any kickbacks from anyone like him and all his guys are. So after we get in an e-arguement and I get sick of his threats and ignore him, he now says that he is going to email the site and get removed from my network because our arrangement isn't fair to him. WTF I do everything this guy asks and he doesn't even ask anymore he has it in his head that the arrangement isn't fair and I don't think he will ever be satisfied.


Everything is automatically done and transferred into our accounts at the agreed upon percentages every month. This dude makes ~10K per month from just affiliate earnings (not counting his poker winnings), lives in a million dollar mansion on the beach in Miami and he won't quit jewing me. The way I see it, I brought him to the site and he agreed on the deal that the site was offering to affiliates, I wouldn't think he could just remove himself from my network but he does have a close relationship with everyone at the site and I think they might just do whatever he asks

I obv can't sue the website or anything like that but where the fuck do I go from here? HELP PLEASE

Since you are the sportsbetting king of this forum and I think you are a favorite freddy square, I propose a headsup handicapping contest lasting however long u choose. The rules would be simple, everyday we have to make 1 bet public on this the "official challenge thread" before the start of the game. We will pick mutual online sportsbook and use their line at the time you post your selection. We would then keep track of both of our record's and the person with the best record at the end of the contest will take the pot.

In order to drum up some well-needed interest in the cold call show, we will both have to call-in our selection for Thursday to the radio show and that will be the "money ball" worth 2 points instead of 1. We can bet on any sport for the upcoming day but if you bet on any moneyline sport the odds have to be -125 or lower. I would be willing to wager a flat amount up to 2.5K (escrow to the king of all jews DanDruff) obv more if I can get a stake on chipmeup LOL. If you puss-out of the challenge then I would probably be willing to offer this bet to any regular poster on this site.

Rolled by eBay - need Det Druff

Need help, Detective Druff- cue the music

I won something on eBay jan 15th, they sent me the email saying congrats and payment instructions. I paid immediately via paypal $175. Everything is fine till the next day when I check my email and find another one from eBay this time saying they closed/cancelled the auction obv after I paid. Now that auction doesn't show up on my eBay (cuz they cancelled it) and the only evidence I have is the emails from eBay. The payment went through already and I tried to contact the seller to no avail and eBay customer service is AWOL. I finally found a # and when I call it says we r too busy and it hangs up on me. So my question for dd is do I have any recourse here and what would the king of all Jews do in my position?
