Pau Gasol on CSI:Miami Monday

I had it tivod and didnt watch it until tonight. I had heard on the radio that he was on it.. I thought he did alright. Coach Jackson made a cheapshot and said he shouldnt quit his night job. Pretty pathetic when you look at his television career - it consists of a commercial where he doesnt even speak. Pau had a bunch of lines and though he was a bit awkward, he did alright.. No way he does this shit if he stayed in Memphis.. So lets see.. Championship.. Actor... Yeah, coming to LA was pretty sweet for him.. Doesnt hurt that shows like CSI (Las Vegas), and CSI:Miami are both actually filmed in.... Los Angeles..

Druff and LAKingsfan12 outrun cops

The title says it all. We were pseudo racing (druff has a sweet rig and is 10x faster than my car, but on this very windy, very dark hill, I was actually about 200 feet ahead of him going about 65-70 in a 40 - possibly 35) and I look back only to have my heart stop when I see the flashing lights.. But I realize they were actually behind druff. We were both in the left lane of a two lane street, so I begin to slow down and pull to the right (for two reasons, one to laugh at druff getting caught, and two because I didnt want him letting druff go and going after me in case thats who he was after in the first place since I was in the lead - I didnt want him to add something stupid like evading). About 5 seconds later, I see druff (in his good boy way), put his right blinker on and pull over to the right lane, immediately the cop races past him and im like FUCK - hes after me! Oh well.. Life sucks.. But, then he does the incredible. He races past me and leaves. Cool.. Problem averted. The next light, Druff will turn right to go to his place and I have a choice to turn right or go straight - both are nearly the same distance to my place a few blocks away. As we approach the light which was around a bend we see that the cop had gone through the light but suddenly slammed on his brakes and was GOING IN REVERSE!!! I decide to not go straight and get close to him so I take a right turn, druff takes a right turn and bolts past me. he takes the first right which is where his place is and i immediately follow him. At this point hes booking though and its more windy and uphill and downhill, so instead I make a quick right into a parking lot, kill my lights, and shut the car off. The cop goes slowly past the area still with his lights flashing and then leaves. I wait a little longer, get my car going and book home. It was the weirdest thing. All we can think of is that he wanted to nail us, got a call for something else, either missed the turn for his other call, or was immediately called away from it and then wanted to nail us again, but couldnt find us the second time. I right now have 2 points on my record (both of which come off in august) and I was gonna be pissed if I got another ticket after having a rough night at the tables - going from up 1500, to down 200, to up 1300, to down 300.

Nichoel Peppe

Just realized that she is one of 2 women still left in the ME. I used to play with her at the bike all the time. I have a few videos from Live At The Bike where I am sitting next to her and really couldnt concentrate at all. She is amazingly hot. She became a total bitch at the Bike once she started dating some pro. Not sure who it was but all she could do from then on is talk about how much money he made (not her, because truthfully, she was just as good as anyone else - no better no worse) - she always wanted to bump the game up because, "well, my boyfriend is staking me so I can afford it" was always her remarks..

EDIT: Just found an interview with her.. Apparently shes married to some guy named TAD who came in second in the 1500 HORSE.. I dont remember ever seeing him around the Bike but I know she talked about him all the time.
