advice on limits?

I have a question on limits. I usually play everything under the sun on Party Poker. However, I need some advice on what to play to build a consistent bankroll. Here is what I have done in the last week:

Deposit $200
Ran it up to $300 playing $25 PL Omaha

Lose $100 (200) playing 2/4 full (I hate full)

Win about 150 (350) playing 3/6 short

Then ran it up to over 2000 playing 5/10 short (over next 4 days). That's the only limit i played.

Then, after about 8 hrs and a series of bb's playing 4 tables of 5/10 short I cashed out 580. (Lost 1420, but profit of 380 total) It makes me mad that I pissed that much away, but I am going to deposit a grand this time and want some advice on what to play consistently to build a very healthy bankroll. I am a good short player, not full. And pretty decent at omaha, however, that seems a lot more volatile. I am thinking about using the grand for 3/6 short, or maybe just 2/4.
