Jewdonk, I've never really said a bad thing about you. However, it kind of bugs me when you keep asking Druff if he's still living in a 2 bedroom apartment. Everyone here knows he can buy a house if he wanted and probably will the second the housing market goes on an upswing.
This is a single man and an uberjew. He's not going to buy a house that was appraised for $750k just for himself, unless he can get it at less than it cost to build.

I call bullshit, if it's true props to Druff.
