Wong Teasers...., am I doing it right?

I checked the lines early for next week and I think I found some games that fit for Wong Teasers. I am betting at a sportsbook with a friend where I get 5 cent lines so 2 team 6 point teasers pay 1:1 and 3 team 6 point teasers pay 1.8:1. Anyway, If I understand wong teasers correctly any spread from -7.5 to -8.5 or from +1.5 to +2.5 qualifies to be used in them. As of now the Titans are +2.5, the Seahawks are +1.5, and the Broncos are +1.5.

Therefore I made the following bets:
titans+8.5/seahawks+7.5 $40 to win $40
seahawks+7.5/broncos+7.5 $40 to win $40
titans+8.5/broncos+7.5 $40 to win $40
titans+8.5/seahawks+7.5/broncos+7.5 $40 to win $72

You seem to have it down. By the way in case you didn't see, Hasslebeck has broken ribs and is questionable for this week from what I saw. I didn't look at lines today so I'm unsure if that line reflects his status or not. I like betting this way, I expand it often to include teams that are +3 even though they don't fall in the parameters, these bets are high variance though. 1st week 3-0, last week 0-3 Tenn teased down to -1.5 took all 3 of mine down, all the backends won but it was still donkdown. Overall I'm up though over the past years as I usually isolate 1 game and have everything feed off it. If that game goes down in flames you can take your girlfriend out because nothing else matters.

Kidding. Yes you are doing it right. But some things to note:

Yes, Hasselbeck probably not going to play. I would just avoid using Seattle in a teaser. Even if he does play he will not be 100%. If he doesn't play, you have to count on Seneca Wallace to keep the game within 1 score at the end. Not saying they won't, but it's not worth the risk.

Denver and Tenn. teaser is gold. Normally road teams are bad for teasers, but these are pretty much ideal. As far as road teams go for teasing, that is.

Dallas and Philly is a potential 7 point teaser. But, again, McNabb probably will not play. Do you really trust Kolb to lead the Eagles to a 2 point victory or better, even against the lowly Chiefs? I don't. The Chiefs played pretty well against the Ravens Week 1, even put up 24 points (?) on the stellar Ravens D. Do you really trust the Eagles to win that game no matter what, with Kolb at QB? I don't.

Titans +8.5 and Broncos +8 after teasing 6 pts, or whatever lines you can get, as long as they are at least +1.5... take that all day.

And take it early in the week IMO

You ideally want to tease the home teams but I don't mind your road teams in this case because of the low totals. You wouldn't tease Indy to +8 due to the high total (48) where a potential blowout is more likely to occur than a game where it's 36 (Denver/Oakland). Good luck with Seattle if Wallace is QB though...they might not score.

Seneca Wallace threw 11 TD's and 3 INTs in 12 games last year lol.

I put 3k on the Philadelphia/Oakland/Dallas combo. I laid off Seattle because of Hasselbeck.

Philadelphia covered easily, but Oakland shit the bed, making the Dallas game meaningless.

Why wait till later in the week? Get your money in while the lines are good. So many people are betting these things or moving big money on these games why wait and get stuck with a shit line

That Saints line is widely available at -7.

It opened at -6.5 I believe.

I'm guessing it will close around 8.5, and I like it in a teaser, but if it's obviously moving up, either take it early, or at least get it at the best widely available line. IMO.

All talk and no action, this guy. Kept making excuses last week why he couldn't take my teaser action. Good thing for him.

I also added Skins/Saints teaser once the Skins line moved into teaser range. However I also tried to middle one of my teasers when Buffalo became a +1.5 dog by throwing in a a Saints/Buffalo teaser. Therefore, if the saints covered -1.5 I could win both teasers if the Dolphins/Buffalo game fell within Dolphins +8 and Bills +7.5...the Dolphins blew them out so I ended up breaking even on those teasers. Anyway, I won four 2- teamers and a 3-teamer while losing one 2-teamer. Wong teasers, FTW....so far anyway
