Yeah, it's strictly BYOB. However, they are very liberal in the poker room about the drinking. Just brink a flask or a non transparent bottle and you'll be fine. That is one contributor to the softness of the games - there is this one Asian guy who comes in wasted and has been know to donk off 10 or so buy ins at 1/2NL table in short order.

Yeah, there are plenty of motels. Just do a google search for Verona NY motels.

Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium have plenty of casinos with a lot of poker action. Be aware that most have a dress code of jacket and/or tie so check ahead.

not enought time or money to plan a europian vacation i would love to go to amsterdam at some point
