I recall in a post by druff a while back that said we would still be able to play/deposit/cash out on ub...is this true? why are some sites not limited by the new law

it doesn't ban you from doing anything. you can't get in any legal trouble. it's the us sites and payment processors that can. the only thing you have to worry about is getting rolled if a site shuts down, or possibly having difficulty getting money off the site in the future.
