Yeah, I was going to say the same thing, and I too would do it myself if I wasn't at work. I think it is probably an FLV like Youtube videos are, so if someone has one of the add-ons for Firefox that saves them, try that. It would probably be pretty easy to save and convert to mpeg or AVI.
