Honestly Todd, this is just the most recent of many reasons why I am finding it more and more difficult to respect you. I remember when your wikipedia page was being fucked with and you went on about how important and valuable your image was to you. Yet here you are belittling some goofy kid, especially by calling him "queer" and "gay", and bringing up images of his private life into the public view. This is simply uncalled for, and should be absolutely beneath you.

I'm sure that you will respond by saying that if felon did the same thing, I would think it was funny. Well, I probably wouldn't, but that's irrelevant. Because you are near the pinnacle of your field, you have become somewhat of a celebrity. This makes your actions subject to greater scrutiny than those of the average degenerate. Just as you don't like people trashing your image in the public eye, you should know better than to make yourself look bad by trashing someone else's image.

I understand that this kid is probably a dick. But Jesus, he's just a kid. A mature adult should be able to ignore him and take the high road. If you can't then just turn off your chat. If you feel like you need to prove what an immature fuckwad he is, then do it by exploiting his inexperience and taking his money.

In Druff's defense, I think that he was going to say "parties" but ran up against the maximum length for thread titles and didn't realize it.

I get a kick out of people who talk shit on the internet, but hten put pictures of themselves that are so readily abusable. Em2 did that very well.

Well, there are a ton of people on this forum that add little to no value to any thread, are constantly bagged on, then lurk and wait for any debate/conversation about something, then always chime in on the other sides pov. Weiss is ok with me, but there are quite a few others on here angry or whatever who just wait to play the role of devils advocate, kinda lame and sad all in one.

The guy is fair game, don't live in glass houses and throw rocks is the saying I believe.

I was in a stars 1-2 game once where someone was attacking druff and his play, then revealed his advanced poker theories, stating with a certain degree of seriousness: "It doesn't matter what I do because you're just gonna get lucky and suck out, right?" This "kid" in question is definitely immature, and he's far younger than I am. At the same time, he is legally an adult (18), and he's on an adult site (Pokerstars) playing at adult limits (100-200/200-400). As far as I'm concerned, his actions should suffer the same consequences as anyone else.

It's not like I was angry about taking bad beats against him, and posted embarrassing photos of him to get him back. This twerp repeatedly said nasty things about my girlfriend in a public setting, and did so simply to be obnoxious and offensive. I did or said nothing to bring on such comments, and Miri definitely never had any interaction with him.

You suggested that I turn off chat if I don't like it. Why should I do that? It doesn't erase what he's saying -- it only hides it from me. So you're saying that, when a little punk is disrespcting my girlfriend in public, I should just take steps to pretend it isn't happening? I live in the real world. I will never try to solve a problem by tricking myself into thinking it's not happening.

I don't know where these pictures originated, but clearly he was the one to upload them and make them public. I didn't steal them from anyone's computer.

The bottom line is, whether you're 18 or 35, you reap what you sow. If you're going to say nasty things about someone (or especially their girlfriend) on the internet, you need to realize that it's fair game for the same to be done to you.

Bob also claims to have lost "respect" for me because he feels I'm not acting like a poker celebrity or role model here. If I saw myself that way, I wouldn't even post on NWP. I'm on this forum to speak my mind and have fun. I'm here for the exact same reason as everyone else. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be part of this forum.

Pokerstars ignore feature is retarded anyway, you get to see them say "***" and wonder what they're saying instead of just being able to forget about them.

1) I type fast, so it doesn't take nearly as long to post this stuff as you might think.

2) I usually post this stuff when I am either playing poker or doing something else in the background.

3) All topics on this forum are pretty useless
