I think those number are a little high for just bolt ons.
Although, I am not sure if you are calling a turbo kit or a supercharger a bolt on.
If you keep it naturally aspirated with just bolt ons (what I call bolt ons, chip, exhaust, headers, cold air intake or ram air upgrade, etc) I think the 400 range at the rear wheels will be hard to obtain.
Not hating at all nice car and a great find with that low of mileage.
One of my good friends has a WS6 with a huge turbo kit that runs in the low 10's high 9's and is still very streetable.
I have an Evo 8 with modest bolt ons and a few computer upgrades that runs in the mid 11's and makes 325 to the wheels. Needless to say I murder these cars in stock or close to stock trim. This is why I know them pretty well. With a decent investment and a quality turbo kit the Firebird is a scary fucking car to drive and ride in.
