I made an account without the bonus code (leave it blank or it errors out), but FckVwls was taken, so I assume you have to have a different name than you have on Cake.
What's the deal with rakeback? As long as you use the links on NeverwinPoker there is no need for bonus codes or activation codes. Being on the Cake Software we do have to put up with a few things that we'd rather do without. Sorry for any confusion. You are correct, if you have an account with Cake (or any of their partner sites) you can not use the same name on Lock Poker. D
