Our VIP program is indirectly tied to rake and therefore it is difficult to accurately determine a set % as it will fluctuate depending on each player and there play. Frequent player points are awarded based on table rake at a rate of 1 point/$1 table rake or 7 points/$1 of tournament fees.
As for Cake Poker I can not speak for them on any ability to receive 100% rakeback.

Although Poker Stars also uses frequent player points I don't believe the programs are that similar. For starters once you accumulate 5000 FPP on Lock Poker you will be awarded $75 in cash for immediate use or withdrawal. I believe Poker Stars is a "bonus of $50 and has some requirements before it can be used/withdrawn.

thought id circumvent when it gave me error message. went to 'forgot/resend password', clicked confirmation to my email addy, in the fucking email, there was my username and a link to reset. i click the link, reset password, go to login screen with new pw. enter username (that was used in the gay email from lockpoker, mind you) and new pw... fucking denied. some 'invalid username/email adress' bullshit.

Gold Chips are collected based on FPP earned in a given month. Your first Gold Chip requires 120 FPP, 2nd - 115 FPP (and so on). It continues to get easier as you collect. Details can be found in the client.
Gold Chips can be used to by into cash prize tournaments (up to $5,000) and/or Satellite tournaments to tournaments such as our $250,000 Guaranteed
