Just posted a story on the News section of my site about the recent push to legalize online poker. But I went ahead and just wrote a quick blurb in my NWP blog as well to make everyone a little more aware of it just in case you haven't seen it floating around somewhere else.
Check it out here, obv.Basically, you can let your voice be heard via a quick vote on President-Elect Barack Obama's website at Change.gov. The subjects that are voted "UP" the most will most likely be shot to the top of Obama's priority list when his incoming administration takes over. So far, the Online Poker Legalization topic has been doing nothing but gaining strong momentum....and is sitting somewhere between 5th and 10th place based on the current number of votes. Click here to go directly to the Change.gov website and cast your vote.Anyways, if you have a few seconds to register real quick and vote UP this cause then do it - and just let it be known known that UIGEA isn't the end of the world - and hey, at least there's fucking chance it could get looked at by Obama and Co. much sooner than expected.... **This public service announcement was not paid for by the money-hungry Lithuanians who might otherwise profit a bit more by online poker's legalization in the USA.

More specifically Obama is all about money and generating it for America in America.
