OK I wouldn't be a real Oklahoman unless I owned a trailer house. I bought it to move into whille I was waiting on my new house to be built. After I moved in to my new house I rented it out to some white chick and her Nigger husband (WTF was I thinking)
They had been there exactly 6 days when it was raided do to her nigger husband breaking in to neighboring trailers and stealing fish tanks, beds and other odd shit. He's now in Jail but she is still there. She has paid me rent exactly 1 time and is 3 months behind. I've been leaving messages all week telling her her ass has to be out on Monday and anythings that's not gone will be locked in the trailer (changing locks).
The dumb bitch calls me today and is giving me her sob story of course and then put me on epic tilt by saying "I Know I'm 2 months behind" . I said no your 3 months behind. "well I know this month but the months not over yet so it's really 2". I totally flipped out .
I will fucking burn it to the ground before she stays in it. I don't need the god damn money but I get fucking furious thinking about it.

The way I read the law is that if she doesn't move out after the 5 day eviction I can't do shit but take her to court then it's a month out blah blah blah.

can't you just move the trailer into some sort of storage place when she isn't there? what is she going to do? people like this aren't exactly savy when it comes to the legal system. it's kinda like when minorities get fucked by the police and can't afford legal council. they just do their time and think nothing of it. just haul that shit away imo

You need to post a 3-day Pay or Quit notice (at least that's what you have to do in California -- the law I'm most familiar with), and then file an eviction once she doesn't pay all of the rent in full.
If you just change the locks you are taking the chance that she will realize she has rights and can sue you.
