Campus police pwnage, funny story

So my friend was leaving class one evening and was almost off campus when he passed some officers in a parking lot talking/chilling. Of course he slowed down past them and just went about his business, no big deal. Well one of the cops starts to get his bike and starts heading to pull him over like right b4 he gets out of campus. Most of the cops here are driving cars but cops around the student union are on bikes so they can patrol on sidewalks and such. Anyway, so the cop is pedaling away and tells him to pull over in a parking lot, so he does.

The cop starts explaining how he was pulled over for loud music, haha! His system in his car is totally stock and was no where near even turned up. So the cop writes the ticket, explains how it will only be 25 bux and so on. Well my friend is making jokes about the cop and just messing with him, nothing serious but clearly starting to piss the cop off cause he says its not a laughing matter. So he asks the cop, well what happens if I don't want to pay it. Which the officer responds that he will not be able to register next semester. Friend laughs again, and says well luckily for me I won't ever be registering here again, because I'm graduating on Saturday! So eventually my buddy tells the cop how bout we just make this a "graduation gift" and let him off with a warning, and my friend in return (it was a hot as shit day and the cop is breathing hard and sweating from riding all day) my friend would just "happen to leave" this unopened bottle of vitamin water he just got on the ground for the cop. And the key is happen to forget it because cop said they were not allowed to take gifts. So the cop stops writing the ticket and says ok have a nice day son...

He leaves the bottle, and starts to drive off. Gets back to the SAME LIGHT as before when the same damn cop is in front of him telling him to pull over. He pulls back over totally confused, cop says, "Now I'm writing you a ticket for littering, instead of $25, now you owe $150, wanna make any more jokes?"

so my friend pulls out his 50cal smith and wesson and takes a grapefruit sized chunk out of the side of the cops head

id imagine they wont let him graduate if he doesnt pay it, similar to if you owe them money for tuition

You can't just not pay a police issued ticket. Was pretty gay of the cop but still pretty amusing your friend got knocked down hard =P

if that happened to me I would tell the cop, what's a worse charge? Littering or entrapment? Because that's what the cop is committing.

Yeah those are def the real deal cops, so i guess not paying that would be the same as not paying a normal ticket...

I just don't see how that could possibly be entrapment, the cop never accepted the gift or said he would or anything like that.
