Six months ago, this guy would have been destroyed.

Now I doubt anyone gets more than a laugh out of this story.

6 months ago? I say never.....

This place rallied around fucking cmoney of all people. Micon would have gotten some NWP support.

Of course, that was then, and this is now...

Pretty sure Navy Seals would be laughing at some computer geek trying to wave the flag from his dupe account on a black cock site.

This is fucked, and this guy needs to be hunted down. Obv.

But the thing I dont get... if someone is rich, they dont need to ask you for money. So wouldn't the red flag go up immediately as soon as they asked? To me the glitz and glamour bit makes his asking more suspect, not less.

And if they could convince you they needed money for some bizarre reason, why wouldn't they go to their rich friends/ family for it? Why would they ask someone like you? No offense. This is the same logic I use for myself.

This is why I never lend - only give. If the person is poor and a fuck up, you'll never see your money again anyway. So if you're compassionate, just give it to them and be done with it. If they are rich, they don't need it, or should have many more avenues to get it other than asking someone who can't really afford to give it. So if they are asking, they are obviously lying. Case closed.

So are you going to be compassionate and give micon money? Dude micon seriously man first you sell your baby, the site gets totally fucked and you get rolled? Guess bad things do happen in threes. Find some russians with good ties and let him see how much life sucks when you can't use your legs, and don't settle for 12 k you are getting 30 or he'll need a cane the rest of his life DEAL.

Don't have time to make a whole post about this right now, so I won't.

However...

1) This story is 100% true.

2) I blew it by suggesting Micon record the whole thing on webcam. Well, I partially blew it. It was good to have around for CIVIL SUIT reasons, but unfortunately this guy did not commit any crime due to a Nevada law technicality. It is illegal to misrepresent your assets in WRITING in order to secure a loan. It is not illegal to misrepresent the same orally, even if the victim has proof you did so. Obviously I had no idea about this obscure technicality until I heard it myself from the Las Vegas Police Department.

More later.

I also played poker with Micon and this guy "Justin Smith" for quite a while at Red Rock Casino. I was around both of them a lot for the few days this rolling took place. If this guy is truly just a scammer (and it appears that is what he is) then he did a very good job. Although, I am not quite sure I would have loaned him the money as readily as Micon did, the guy did do a very good job of convincing everyone that he came into contact with that he was nothing short of an uber-baller. He wasn't nearly as charismatic as you might suspect a typical scammer to be, in fact he wasn't really very charismatic at all. Something smelled fishy to me the entire time about this guy, but Micon had gotten to know him much better than I had.

I mean this guy definitely wasn't who he said he was, but he had to be at least telling a story that was somewhere in the realm of truth. I am not quite sure how he managed to convince Micon to loan him that much money, but it is over with now. If anyone has any solid ideas about how to track this guy down you should offer them up, because I would enjoy seeing the resolution of this whole situation.

Seriously, why aren't you going to Tony G with this instead of going the eterrorism route. G's backed by the russian mafia or some shit, I'm sure he could take care of your debt, fuck the civil lawsuit. Sell your debt to G for like 2k, and let him break the dude's legs.

um... what? that's not how things work in the real world. I mean, so Tony just picks up from his 200-400 PLO game then flies half way across the world to break a guys' knees over my debt?

Let me add to this-
Micon, you are a gutless kike turd.
You knew you were getting rolled, had the guy within arms reach and your only idea was to "videotape him" so you could "sue"?

I understand that living life the size of 14 year old girl isn't easy, but you do have enough disposable income to hire someone to do your heavy lifting for you. Had that been me, that fucker would have gotten the .40 caliber and collapsible baton "pay me back" routine the moment he walked through the door. You're an heir to the Chase fortune?
Good. You have the next hour to show me something or else you walk with a fucking cane for the rest of your life.
At the *very* minimum, he wouldn't have left until I possessed everything of value he had on him, including his car keys, his drivers license and his social security card (finding him for paybacks is really easy at that point)

I guess this is the "new poker pro". A bunch of math weenies who got their asses kicked in high school but have the skills to make it in the game. What they have in poker skills, they absolutely lack in "Vegas Skills". They are so afraid of alienating a potential "friend" and so lacking in the requisite sack to do anything about anything that they allow their anuses to be stretched to the maximum.

What Would Jimmy Chagra Do?

"Justin Chase" is a phony name..."Justin Smith" is too common, do you know his middle name?

You need his real address in Oregon.

No way he lives in Beverly Hills and definitely does not know Paris Hilton.

Patricia Arton is real and owns the home (bought for $320,000 in 2003) you listed. Maybe she is in on the scam? or a victim?

You should have gotten a signed legal document from him stating that he owes you $12K and got a copy of his ID.

If not, how can you prove that you even loaned him money?
