I had a helluva time with that Silver chick. Talked her into giving me all her caps, pickpocketed her, wasted her and ganked her. Ended up with like 600 caps off her. Creepy thing is the new Physics Engine they're using. Hit a body with a crowbar and it jumbles about like you really hit someone.

Level 6, first perk I took, obv.

Went back to Dukov's for real this time. Talked to the white girl and she caved to my charm to let me boost her out of there. Dukov just let her walk. Took her to an aircraft carrier called 'rivet city' next to the Jefferson Memorial. I was given 3 missions there, 1 to go to the memorial and look for dad at some lab, some dude in an archive gave me marching orders to look for the constitution of the United States and another fancy pants gave me the Blade Runner script to go play out and hunt down his android.

Got back to Megaton and killed off half the population in preparation to blow the place to kingdom come. Sheriff- dead, billy creel- dead, Jericho- dead, Colin the bar owner- dead. The killing spree put me at level 7 and I amp'd my explosives points to put me over the 25 mark so I can detonate the A-Bomb.

My thief level is very high and I can sneak up and take just about anything right out from anyones nose. Picked the market in Rivet City clean when it closed at night. Then I got bored and annhialated the inhabitants of the lido deck, the guards on other decks didn't seem to mind and let me skate, although the conversations with people changed up a bit, lil.

I do alot of testing in the game to see which outcome I like best. I went back and talked to Moira and had an outstanding quest with her for the rat repellent. She actually went through the motions of her face falling off, then asked how the repellent worked. LOL. She gave me my bonus and asked if I wanted another quest. didnt save. They DID give me a sweetass suite at the Tenpenny Tower for free, and has all the storage that I could want including a room that I can customize. My test at Tenpenny for myself was to take the tower. It was ugly and brutal and NOTHING survived. Didn't save it there, cause I like having everyone around, especially the shop keepers. I DID however get my computer and lockpicking skill up and went back and exhumed all the safes in the shops without anyone seeing a thing. In fact they just all walk up to me and congratulate me for waxing all the zombies in the train depot. Sweet.

LOL. On my actual game that I saved, I never even went to Tenpenny tower.

I just beat the game though, went through 3 different endings, from absolutely evil to savior-type status. Probably gonna hock this for Gears of War 2 and I'll get to playing some Left 4 Dead again. I'd love to do more missions but I just don't have the time right now.

Level 14 now. Got the perks to find more loot and ammo, cause I was jones'n harsh. Silly me thought that the VATS control just kinda automatically happened, so I never used it till level 6, duh. Now it's on like Tron. Dumping exp into the lockpicking and science categories cuz i'm an OG. Have executed or enslaved most of the Rivet City ship shopkeepers. Once they cough up the keys to the shop and I gank everything in sight, I leave and come back and the guards could give two fucks.

Made a couple of screencap vids that I will upload that I think everyone will enjoy.

The suite @ Tenpenny is customizable in that you can change 'themes' to make your room look the way you like. You can also add a workbench, science lab, Nuka-Cola® machine, jukebox and an infirmary station to fix yourself. It also has a robo-butler that tells jokes and dispenses purified water and can give you a haircut and permenantly modify your character. Dunno if there is another city area where that would be available. I've maybe covered 50% of the map.


Here is the bachelor theme, costs like 1700caps to do just the room, then the benches are another 1700 and the jukebox and cola machine are 700 a piece (without barter bonuses).

The first one I stitched the photo manually. If you can pick out the seam, GFY. FOV in this game is ass. I guess I need an uber widescreen to play this with any seriousness.

did a reroll. back at level 14. cant believe the amount of caps i get when i'm a 'good' character. it's like triple. I was wholly evil and went to the rivet city church and gave about 700 caps to teh pastor and I was 'good' again. lol.

did the robotic man quest and got the premium plasma rifle around level 7. made everything I did a breeeze. it's like a whole different game going that route. Haven't popped megaton yet, but it's primed. did the underworld 'shoot em in the head' and pulled off a triple cross on tenpennyh and crowley. max caps obv.

finished my other game. anti climactic cause i wasn't ready to end the game there.

Somehow I ended up in this forum thinking 4dragons had something interesting. You wanks. When IW as a kid, I played Wasteland.. .and if you were stupid enough to swim through the underground sewers and push up against the wall repeatedly for no reason, you would get an easter egg. and it said

You have to use the underground system of tunnels (aka the metro) to get to most places. SFO

lulz, download the prima guide (previous post) and look for how to travel the route through the tunnels. I eat minigun frankensteins like brie on toast. Smooth and fried.

got to 20 on my second character, pisses me off that i can't go higher. just topped 36k in caps. I popped megaton again and had to give the preacher in Rivet City 1000 caps to get my good karma back. Chump change for all the sleep killings i've been up to. X}

I have a Paladin following me around and a dog too. Totally dif game than the first go round. Keeping your karma up at any cost is the only way to play imo. That and not killing off all the wandering traders for a quick score is +ev too. only they can repair your stuff without you having to find spare parts for it.

Fat Man and Nuka Grenade FTW! I've nuked 4 hoverbirds and the enclave canned meat clammering out of them so far. lulz

Fucking epic game.

Some serious turbonerds around here replaying the game. I'm about to open vault 112 next time I play.. everything else people mention in this thead has been done. Neat game.. That the the nuka cola collecting for the woman out far west... Not sure if I'll bother with that as bottlecaps are becoming a non-issue. Probably head straight for vault 112 and see what happens.
