Anyone on here into proline?..I'm not certain but I think its only available in Canada. I used to play for fun a year ago and was thinking about starting up again since hockey seasons starting soon. Does anyone have any good strats or pointers or advice for it?

I play proline in Ontario when it is positive EV which is very rare these days due the $20 mil or so pounding PD and Dilbert have given them over the last 10 years.

East coast sheet is much better, I have a friend running combos for me out there.

I checked out the early football lines and zero edges so far.

Pro-line is very easy. When I was 13 I played all winter. I'm a basketball fan but I figured hockey was better to bet on(at the time). Unfortunately, I knew nothing about hockey. I started reading the paper and watching sportsdesk every morning. Soon I learned a great deal about the nhl and I started playing. I won my first 5 tickets and until I stopped by the end of the winter I was honestly winning over 80% of the time. I was also playing just about every day. I think the key to proline is to find a consistant strategy rather than go for long shots. I know many people who would make football tickets and pick all dogs to win and they'd come close but they'd almost always lose.

I also advise betting on a small number of teams. 3 team tickets are pretty easy. Rather than place smaller bets of more teams I prefer betting more $ on fewer teams. If you like to go for bigger pay outs you can usually tweak the teams enough on a 4-5 team ticket to achieve that effect. I find 6 team tickets to be least profitable in the long run.
