Druff, what was your theory behind teasing dallas? The over/under was relatively high and they were on the road.......To my knowledge thats not a wonger, just wondering your thoughts behind it

Biggest Problem I have with these plays isnt because its dallas. It's cause its a road team and they are in 4 or 5 different teases. Meh only money. Druff has plenty
Was gonna complete my Vikings,Patriots treble with The Bengals.
Read a few message boards etc and changed the fuckers to Tampa Bucs. What a fucking shower of shite they have become and what a fuckin idiot I am for changing my bet.
Dolphins/Eagles has me a few $$$$ in profit which I think I will play up on Chargers minus a few points or else HT/FT.
Anyone have any other strong fancies for that game ?

I was seduced by the +7.5. I believe it is still considered a Wong teaser, even being on the road and with a high total, right? I was never that comfortable with it, so I should have at least reduced its relevance to the day's overall success.
Everything else but KC won, and that lost by a single point.
Sadly, "almost" doesn't cut it, and I bricked all 4 bets.
I also had a 10-pointer going, round-robining Tampa (after the line moved), Baltimore, Green Bay, and Pittsburgh. Sadly, Tampa shit the bed and ruined 3 of the 4 there.
That means I lost 7 of 8 teaser bets today, to be my worst sports day of all time.

this one reason why i rarely tease games. I get frustrated when 3 of 4 cover outright like you had here then one game fucks it up.

easternmh knows his teaser stuff, you want the lowest totals possible for teasers druff not the highest
you want to generally avoid teasing road teams as well, but if you have to, tease the ones that have low totals for the game
i got screwed on the teasers yesterday too, watched the 2nd half of KC.cinci live, so brutal
2 pt conversion short dumpoff pass to a wide tony g, out of nowhere the linebacker batted it down, id idnt see him at all and obv neither did the kid qb

Cincy made me alot of money the last three weeks.
I actually think they arn't that bad of a team considering the injuries they had, although had Peter King pointed out, their schedule may of helped that mirage (WAS, @ CLE, KC). BUT C.Henry is back to 2005 form (as long as he stays away from the henny and the 15 yr old pussy) and the defense was in the top 6 during the second half of the year in red zone eff, yds allowed, and TO.
The Carson Palmer elbow-gate is a concern thio, Fitzpatrick is a decent backup who is good on the clipboard but not a Cassel-esque starter type . I don't understand why he and the team wavered on surgery back in Oct (although he is a big fan of Dice-K's throwing exercises, and both are very stubborn. Dice-K mentioned that this was the first year in his whole career that the team, not him, dictated his off day arm workouts).

I agree that Cincinnati came on strong at the end of the season and looked good. I hated going against them.
I was never arguing for wanting a high total, BTW. I know that a low total is better for teasers. I was stating that, despite the total being high and it being a road game, it was still a road underdog of +1.5, which falls in the Wong teaser parameters.
Just because Dallas shit the bed big time doesn't change that.
It was also frustrating watching Dallas fall, after sweating out close ones with a few of the others.
FYI, if you are going to avoid road teasers completely, you are going to have a hard time finding 3 teasable games, especially this season which saw so many +3/-3 lines.

Road teams are a fucking NO NO. Period. If you absolutely HAVE to have another team for a teaser leg, use a road team with a total around 40 or less.
Really restraining myself here, but when I hear you talk about what "falls into the Wong Teaser parameters" I have to laugh because you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Seriously. Just stop. Don't make me bump all the horrible, godawful, nowhere near "wong teaser" bets that you posted this season. Jesus in the manager knows there are plenty to choose from.
