THIS WAS THE FTOPS MAIN EVENT BACK IN MAY ($535 BUY IN) I DIRECTLY BOUGHT IN CUZ I WAS IN LOVE WITH THE STRUCTURE AND TOLD MYSELF I WAS GONNA PLAY BEFORE HAND.
DUNNO WHAT I WAS THINKIN SINCE IVE NEVER DIRECT BOUGHT IN ON STARS FOR MORE THAN 215, ESPECIALLY SINCE FTP IS A RIGGED JOKE.
There has always been some weird sexual tension between phantom and Martha. Micon is lucky that there's a big ocean between you two.
I'm not sure which indignity is worse: - Leaving your wife, shacking up with your former neighbor, and getting cheated on with a guy from your own poker forum, or... - Getting ripped off for $12,000 by a guy with neck tattoos

The "Worst" beat I have ever taken was 22 > AA after an A 7 9 flop
The worst beats I have ever taken on my mind were both in the $3 rebuy on Stars. Back when I used to play every night and grind out money at low limits. Would play micro limit tournaments and cash and keep taking money offline to help pay bills with, still taking the occasional shot at $3r/$5r/$20 MTTs to try and bring in a few K cash to move up in limits.
21st in the $3r one time. 3rd in chips, got all in preflop with chip leader and JJ > AA board rolled out K 9 4 7 J. Would have had a huge HUGE chip lead with 20 left.
27th in the $3r another time. Same situation about, I was 7th in chips, AA preflop against 11th in chips with AJ.. flop A T 9 turn and river rolled out K Q.

The worst bad beat I can recall (without hand history) is I'm dealt AK, raise 3xBB, one caller. Flop comes AAK. I check, other guy raises, I re-raise, he goes all-in and I call.

The worst beat I took is having a 2-1 chip lead and coming in 2nd in a HPC main event satellite (5k first prize, $135 2nd prize). Tourney was $165 to get in so I lost $40. Got all in A-10 vs K3 preflop and the cards came Q-10-x-J-9 in that order and i got rivered to go down 2-1 in chips. a couple hands later i raise from the button with 10-10 and he calls, the flop is 3-4-7. He has 5-6 and game over DD fuck me in the ass 5k swing + couple hours spent playing + TILTTTTT.

Worse beat I have ever taken actually happened this month.
$100 dollar live NLHE tourney. 30 players, down to 20. We are 10 handed and I have 15K in chips, and the blinds were 300-600 a man when I look down at the KsKd and make it 1800 to go. A very loose aggressive player to my left, who has 29K, immediately makes it 5K total. Folds to me and I obv ship, and he calls with TdTs, making me a 5 to 1 favorite because I have his suits covered.
