I just had this dream and this bald guy from some weird country made people around here upset, I dont know, it was so weird. He talked about scotch and cocaine or something and a few people were his minions. He was all nice at first, but then left. He promised he'd return and make everyone happy again, but every time he returned, he never made anyone happy.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
