I think it would be a deeply painful thing to slice off a penis - and I'm speaking just to the emotional attachment. Along the same lines as giving up a baby for adoption - would you always feel the hole inside - that you had given up something precious - the best part of you?

Actual sex reassignment surgery can be around $100k, a bit more expensive than the other superficial bits that most people see.

They actually have a procedure that can "invert" the penis and use some plastic surgery to make a penis into a vagina. The feeling is still there it is just lessened. So these "guys/girls" whatever you want to call them can eventually become "full female" but I would guess this surgery costs loads more than a tit implant.

This country has gotten more open minded about sex and gays, despite the Republicans best efforts. I swear 10 years ago this thread would have never ever happened here. Thats said I'm ready to explain to my daughter about gay marraige and homosexuality one day, but I think I will shelf the dick girl conversation......forever.

I think its thread like these that get me coming back everytime to NWP.
But these girls get on par with regular Vegas hookers? I find that VERY hard to believe (no pun intended).
