what are win total OUs for Redskins and Ravens? whatever they are i like the under. these are going to be 2 of the worst teams in the league this year, if not THE worst. skins O line is awful, jason campbell has no idea when he is being blitzed, run game looks awful as well.

not to mention both teams have new coaches and new offenses to learn
