Tips for a night at scores?

Ok Ill be in Vegas and we are going to scores one night with this "vip" thing that I wrote about earlier. Its not a baller vip thing but Its like 40 bucks a head and it gives you limo service to the club, entry to the club, plus $30 in drinks. We are gonna be a group of 15-20 dudes. Aside from the standard bartender, stripper, lap dance tips, who else will I need to tip and what do you think will be appropriate? Door man? Limo Driver (Obv)? VIP host? Who and how much. Obviously I don't want to impress anybody, I just don't want to be a Jew.

50-75 each should be good since they should be letting you all in for free since you have such a large group, the limo is theirs(short drive also) & the drinks are overpriced. since this is an out of town gig and you aren't looking to impress that is plenty imo. save the rest and you all should make it rain on the main stage a la micon.
if this was a regular joint obv ship double+ for a hook up to your favorite hosts/etc.
