I am not sure this is the best forum for it, but I will give you some quality picks if you maintain an interest.

In today's NRL games I think the West Tigers represent great value. Farah and Marshall are welcomed back by the Tigers, whilst Buderus, Gidley and Hilder are out for the Knights. The Knights are also backing up from a very tough game against the Storm on Monday night and might come up a little flat today. The Tigers look good things and should have too much firepower in attack for the Knights to handle.

West Tigers moneyline or the -5.5 line looks a good bet.

AFL is a very good money game... took the line on Brisbane last night and got the chocolates comfortably. smile.gif

In tonight's NRL game I like the chances of Canberra.

Souths are average at best, whilst Canberra has produced some strong performances at home. There has been some late money for Souths as a few of the Canberra starting forwards will be ruled out but I feel they have adequate depth to cover the injuries. Despite some recent dissapointing performances on the road, if you asses Canberra on their home form they look too strong.

Canberra moneyline or -4 line (if you can get it) looks a good bet.

Awesome to see some other Aussies here, just got back from holidays and had a nice little run on the punt also.

I think the Tigers show some value to beat the roosters this week, what do you think.

thanks for the input Rocko, will hope to keep tis thread active now I'm back from holidays.

I wish I had seen the responses to this thread early because I would have tipped you into the Dragons this afternoon.

I had a learn towards the Tigers at the 6.5 line but the rain has put a real damper on that. I would now favour the Roosters ML if I was forced to bet. My initial assessment was if the Tigers could hold the Roosters in the forwards they would have too much creativity in attack. The wet nullifies their attack. The Roosters also have the best attacking kicking game in the competition, whilst always important is enhanced on the wet.

I have a multi going and the Tigers +6.5 is the last leg so I will be cheering for them depending on how much I lay off. The Tigers would want the weather to clear up or Farah is going to have to have an absolute blinder.

If the track is an absolute quagmire it might be worth having something on the Roosters but I would leave this game alone. There will be some great betting opportunities next week. With the SOO players not eligible for club football it gives the educated punters an edge.

Yeah I agree, was also going to back the tigers, but lucky for me i decided against it the last minute. I felt the $2.65 on offer was a great price, but alas the rain decided to spoil party.

did have the dragons into the titans, which didnt go well. I'm starting to think the titalns are un-backable away from home.
