Just one of MANY hands that they report incorrectly.

Brief Coma After a New Life

Andy Bellan, author of Poker Nation, goes all-in preflop with A-Q and is called by 5-5. When the board comes 9-7-9-9-2, the pocket 5's are counterfeited, and out of genuine distaste for the beat he board put on his opponent he says "Unf____ing believeable!" The pocket 5's are eliminated, and Bellan doubles up, but the dealer immediately calls for the floor to report the cussing. So while Bellan stays alive, he's forced to sit out for the next 10 minutes.

I hate it when my full house (9-9-9-5-5) gets counterfeited by trips (9-9-9-A-Q).

Outrageous. You better write your congressman and complain.

They have been doing a pretty good job considering how hectic the scene is at the Rio, give em a break.

Maybe expecting perfection is asking too much, but I would hope that those who are reporting understand enough about poker to know what beats what and how to read a board.

Title: John Hennigan Eliminated
Log: Tim Strayer raises preflop, and is called by John Hennigan. The flop comes 2-4-5. Hennigan bets, Strayer calls. The turn is a 5. Both players check. The river is another 4. Hennigan pushes all-in. Strayer calls. Hennigan shows 7-4 while Strayer shows A-4, outkicking Hennigan and knocking him out of the tournament.

his full house kicker knocked him out, tough way to lose in the main event

Damn, a lot of mistakes being made in their coverage. I appreciate their timely updates, but maybe they should have whoever is typing this run it by another poker player for a sanity check before it is posted.

All mistakes that Cardplayer.com makes are forgivable because they gave the world Rich Belsky.

The Strayer/Hennigan has been updated, it was a 6 that hit the river, not another 4
