Supposed to call here?, LHE in BB w/ good odds, Q4o

I know that doctorq will call w/ almost anything, slammer will obv call, so what do I do here w/ Q4o, and 7-1 odds ($21 in pot, $3 to call)?

Jeluka raises to $6. INSTACALL_OBV...

This might be really obvious, but it wasn't clear to me.

I fold. Your have bad position. You could easily run into a hand that dominates you and after all the action that has taken place. the sb is ramming he prob has you smoked. In games like this I choose to wait for better spots against these calling stations and Beat the piss out of em with better hands in better position.

fold, if it was suited or the cards were 3 or less pips away from each other you could sometimes call in a multiway pot getting decent odds, but off suit queen baby type of hands are just crap in multiway pots
