I would like to think if you meet his PO and showed all your documents and explained what was going on, that would be enough to violate his probation and send him directly to jail.
My understanding is that when one is on probation, that one must contact one's probation officer on a regular/scheduled basis. I've spent enough consecutive time with Justin Smith where I can affirm that he is very likely not on probation. He may have been at one time, but not now. Good idea though.
Looked him up on Clark county web site and he was “dishonorably discharged” from probation on 08/01/2007, never heard of anyone being “dishonorably discharged” from probation before. From looking at the record and all the bench warrants, I would bet he just ignored the probation conditions and after he made restitution they just closed the case to be done with him. Fucking guy didn’t even bother to show up for his sentencing why would he bother with probation conditions.
