The key to game selection in heads up lhe is finding an opponent that is passive, and is not aggressive.
Is this a true statement? It seems like the ultra aggressive guys rape me. Even the ultra aggressive idiots that will cap undercard gut shot straight draws. I end up paying them off when they do have hands. Im thinking im going to just quit whenever I sit with somebody that seems ag...

Hey Druff,
I've been thinking about the last thing you guys talked about last night on the show (about bankroll requirements), and I'm a little confused. You said that one would need twice as big of a bankroll to play online vs. live, but you didn't explain why. I understand if you're playing heads up or short-handed games (potentially bigger swings?), but if I'm p...

I have searched through about 5 pages but havn't found the answer, so here is my question: in low limit 6max LHE(.25/.50-1/2) should I play more 'filthy' hands(suited, unsuited connectors, Ax) or should I just stay with premium cards? Also, how importan is position, I know the button is always important but is UTG still as bad as full ring? Thanks for the help...

If I'm up against a flush draw and set, is there merit to NOT capping the nuts? I'm not a math guy really, but is it really +EV to be capping here?

I was going to post this as a question to see if this was a good play without the results like last time, but this call still has me laughing that my bluff wouldn't work. This is the first pot at this table that I have even seen the flop with.

Rarely do I ever read a post where you're playing something other than LHE. Probably because if you do it at all it's not that often but if you were to play another game live what would it be? Stakes? Do you stay away from these other games because you don't like your edge in them?

Hi Druff--
1. While I don't quite have your credentials, I have consistently beaten 3-6 to 20-40 FL full ring since 2001. Accordingly, I think that a good bit of your advice was geared to higher limit, and more importantly, shorthanded players. While I feel like neverwin generally detracts from the quality of the show (be it your shows or even micon's), I have to credit never...

Listened to your show, good stuff Druff. But still a few questions about counting and bet sizes.
1. When you count, do you scan all the cards on the table or tabulate as they come out? Are you just keeping a running count and adjusting for each card or do you dissect the whole table and thin slice 4 10s and 5 smalls means +1 all at once? How do you practice this?

Continuation blind bluffing edition
You have KJo in the BB. Folds to the SB, who is a good, aggressive (but not crazy) player.
He surprisingly limps, which is uncommon for him, but he will sometimes do with a mediocre hand. You raise. He calls.
Flop:
678, two clubs. You have no clubs.
He checks, you bet, he calls.
Turn:
2, offsuited
He checks. ...

If you play a lower game, what sort of adjustments do you make? Is it difficult to play lower once you get used to playing higher, or hard to maintain concentration because the stakes are too low?...
