Best Vegas Poker Rooms

What are the best poker rooms to play at in Vegas based on things like action, atmosphere, how nice the room is etc... Want to get a little bit of an idea so I know where to head when I get there and find one I like.

Usual suspects:

Venetian
Bellagio
Mirage
Caesars
MGM
Wynn (Never played there but probably very similar to the rest)

Personally I like the Mirage best but I typically just play 3-6 limit. Also, the Mirage is the only room that reguarly has a low limit Stud going.

Best atmosphere is easily the Mirage. In the mid 90s, it was the place. Now, it is only good to have a few pops and watch the games, and enjoy the layout.
Bellagio is a more serious, fuckface crowd that I can't stand. Wynn is still fuckface crowd, but the service is better (Bellagio blows in the customer service dept.), Venetian is good, but once again you have the fuckfaces.

More evidence that online poker is the best deal in town. You have limited rake, and tremendous value in tournaments, and can hop til you find value.

The Vegas casinos are so fucking stupid, that they will rake you to death with silly jackpots and other bullshit, and the drinks are not free unless you are a dumb fuck, which most of you clearly are.

I have a friend who is a cocktail waitress at the Wynn. She's waited on Justin Timberlake, Lebron and celebs like that...she said they don't tip shit.

Adds up, that is for sure. Lots of wise guys do the .50 cent piece deal, but it makes you look like a cheap fuck. I tip 1 or 2, but usually get a double.

$1 cocktail / any drink is standard.

i assume most of these games are 1/2 nl 300 max
heard casears is 1/3 nl 500 max which sounds juicier

Most games are 2/5 NL and 1/2 NL. Definitely play at Venetian if you want the vibe of a solid poker room. Good tables and chips. Best place for cash games IMO is MGM, games usually relatively soft. Tourneys = Venetian/Caesars/Bellagio

im pretty much strictly a cash game player, good atmosphere with lots of boose flowing is where i do best. if theres anywhere that spreads sngs id dabble in those to.

The Mirage does. $90 and, I believe, $160 regularly.

Tip $1 for a normal drink. $2 for a double, and $2 if you upgrade to a nice alchohol.

Hard Rocks new room is really sick. But they charge three for redbulls and the vodka is free...lol

I didnt play in the venetians poker room, I did somehow get lost in the venetian and I walked from IP to MGM,NY NY,excal,TI, Wynn Palazzo and then Venetian in a day. Fucking feet were killing so I sat down at a video poker machine got hammered there and finally walked back to IP. It was the most walking ive done in some time, heels still fucking blistered.

i started losing at venetian so I quit there, played in excalibur with the nwp people, donked around at IP cause I didn't feel like walking outside of the hotel, and the worst place I played was MGM. The dealers were all like 70+ and slow and stupid as fuck. Played at bellagio with china and drexxel the last night I was in town. Probably not the best game to play your first live limit game is 15/30 at bellagio. But I did walk away with a cool 11 bucks and a 15 dollar food comp thanks to drexxel. Also china thanks for buying us all dinner technically.
